It's always said that time keeps changing which means everything changes with time....except people,I would like to add. Might sound familiar to you all as you are also surrounded by people.
Before I got married,the same people would ask,
" .....So when are you tying the knot? "
" ..... by the way, when are YOU getting married?"
" ..... So,is wedding on cards yet ?"
When I got married I thought I wouldn't have to answer but very soon I knew I was wrong. People would now ask me,
" After how long are you planning for a family?"
" When are you having kids? "
" Isn't it time you had a family? "
Now that we have a baby I have realised that people are people and that's why we always say...PEOPLE ! They now ask me,
" So when are you planning to get back to work ?"
" Are you planning to work ?"
" Are you on a break..for how long?"
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He he he, never stops huh??

ReplyDeleteThe best way I keep calm and not go insane is to remind myself that probably most of them care about me and hence the concern. :)
There are 2 ways of looking at it
ReplyDelete1-why should somebody question my life and planning while I am the one to take these decisions/plans on my own.
2- Whether they are our well wishers or not by asking these questions they are definitely a source of food for your thoughts and would help you take wise decision.
